 How to Buy

If you would like to buy an item you have found in our pages, please contact us to make sure it is still available and to check shipping details - preferably by
e-mail: m.hopkins@antique-glass.co.uk
or
Tel or fax:
+44 (0) 1225 312367
N.B. Telephone calls can only be taken if one of us happens to be in the office.  So it may be best to arrange a convenient time to call.  If you are phoning from outside the UK, do take account of the time difference.  Faxes can be received at any time.

Shipping costs will vary according to the size & weight of the item(s) & the destination.

All prices are in British Pounds. You can pay by:

Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta or American Express.

 Details needed are:

  • Card number
  • Card expiry date (& issue number for Switch)
  • The card security number (this is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of Visa & MasterCards, or the 4-digit code printed on the front of Amex cards)
  •  Your name as shown on the card

  • The billing address for the card & post or zip code - and, if the parcel is to be sent elsewhere, then the exact name & address of recipient.

We suggest you send the card details in 2 or 3 separate e-mails; or you may prefer to send these details by telephone or fax.  Note: customers outside the UK should ensure that their bank or credit card company will authorize the transaction.

You can also pay by bank transfer, all charges to be paid at buyer's end.

Sorry, but we cannot accept cheques by post.

All payments are to be in British Pounds. Please use the Currency Converter to estimate the cost in your own currency. This is a median figure, obtained from currency exchange markets worldwide and updated continually. Accordingly, the actual amount, depending on how you are charged by your bank or credit card company, is likely to be somewhat different at time of transfer.
